Waxing Information
Will it hurt?
No, it feels like a plaster coming off. Some soreness, small bumps and redness are common and will subside after 24-48 hours.
What to expect?
It can take several treatments for your hair to get on a growth cycle that gives the best results. You may notice a small amount of regrowth after a week or so - this is normal.
How long do results last?
4-6 weeks.
How long does the hair growth need to be?
5mm or 3 weeks growth.
x No shaving or hair removal creams for 3 weeks prior to your appointment
x No chemical exfoliants (48 hours previous to your wax)
x No active tan - no sunbathing, sun bed exposure or heat treatment 24 hours before treatment
x No lotions to be applied to the skin on the day of your appointment as it acts as a barrier to wax)
✔ Do exfoliate the skin 24 hours prior to waxing. This will help to remove dead skin cells for better results.
Keep the area cool, calm and clean. Avoid heat and friction for 24-48 hours.
No hot baths/showers (cool to lukewarm is fine).
No saunas/steam room or swimming.
No vigorous exercise.
No tanning (sunbeds and fake tans).
No sented products, make up, deodorant for 12 hours.
Moisturise the area every day to keep the skin hydrated, soft and supple, to help new hairs to grow through normally.
Do apply soothing antiseptic after wax lotion regularly for a few days and wear a sunscreen. Please wash your hands prior to applying.
Mobile Service: A portable beauty bed is brought for your comfort and everything needed to ensure a safe, hygienic and mess-free wax treatment. We use high quality PhD safewax which is hygienic, quick, easy and less painful hair removal service, the assurance that there is no danger of infection. Outbacks Organics pealable wax include a range of botanical extracts, with soothing and cooling properties and often featuring natural extracts such as tea tree oil and lemon myrtle oil. Peelable wax is suitable for sensitive areas such as underarms and strip wax for larger areas such as legs.

Patch test required 48 hours before tinting treatments (even if you have previously had tinting elsewhere). Essential to avoid any adverse reactions.

Eyebrow lamination focuses on creating shiny smooth brows also known as a eyebrow perm or soap brows. Excellent for those who may be experiencing thinning or unruly brows, includes a tint.
Important Advice
Please ensure you read these carefully before getting your treatment.
Remove contact lenses before your treatment.
Come to your appointment without any eye makeup.
Stop use of water- proof mascara 2 days prior to your appointment.
Avoid using waterproof mascara 2-3 days prior as it can leave a residue that may prevent lashes from lifting properly.
Avoid curling your natural lashes with a lash curler for 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Ensure that you do not have an eye infection or irritation of the eye area - as treatment cannot be performed until this has cleared up.
If you have had laser surgery, you must wait a minimum of 6 months from the time of your procedure.
If you haven’t filled out the consent form prior to your appointment, come a little early to complete it.
We can not do a Lash Lift & Tint if you currently have extensions.
Be gentle with your lashes; no rubbing.
Do not get your lashes wet for the first 24 hrs.
Do not use harsh products on your eyes/lashes.
Use of Sauna/Steam is possible after 24hrs but may weaken the effect of the lift.
No eye make up for 24 hours.
Avoid waterproof mascaras.
Swimming should be avoided for at least 24hrs.
No other facial beauty treatments for 24hrs
Do not touch or rub your eyes, eyelashes, or eyebrows immediately after the treatment.
If redness or irritation occurs apply a cool damp cotton compress to the eye area.
If symptoms persist for more than 24 hours seek medical advice.
For the first two hours please avoid any water contact on the lashes.
Do not use oil based products or any conditioning treatments/ serums on the lashes
Effects of the tint will start to diminish within 2 to 3 weeks as hair grows out and the tint color fades
Strong sunlight/UV light can make the tint color fade faster - use our gentle foaming facial cleanser or eye makeup remover and avoid exfoliating cleansers or those products containing AHA's and oil.
Do not apply makeup or mascara to lashes or receive any other eye treatments for at least 24 hours after the lash or brow tinting treatment.

Enjoy a salon worthy gel/manicure or pedicure in the comfort of your home, office or location which suits. Includes cuticle work, nails trimmed and shaped, with your choice of colour followed by cuticle oil massage to finish.

Client Pre & Aftercare Advice
Do 24 Hours prior to your appointment, exfoliate your entire body and face using body exfoliator .Pay particular attention to dry areas of your body such as hands, elbows, knees and feet.
Do complete and waxing or shaving at least 24 hours prior to the treatment to reduce sensitivity.
Do Not apply any type of perfume, deodorant or aromatherapy oils on the day of your treatment as these reduce results.
Do wear dark, loose fitting clothing and dark coloured underwear to your appointment.
Do be aware the guide colour can stain light hair, man-made fibres and wool.
Do Not touch or rub the applied tan once the treatment is completed.
Be Aware St Tropez spray contains a guide colour so you will see a difference straight away. Your tan will begin to develop immediately after your treatment for up to 8 hours.
Do Not participate in any activity which may cause perspiration until you have washed the guide colour off.
Do Not use any sauna, steam type facilities until you have washed the guide colour off.
Do wash the guide colour off after the agreed amount of time has passed.
Do apply a Body moisturiser daily as this will help to maintain your tan.
Do exfoliate approx. every 3 – 4 days Body polisher to remove dry, dead skin cells and keep your tan in tip top condition.

Deposit required - non refundable or transferable:
£10-£30 deposit per person is required to secure your booking, without so your appointment will be released.
Change of appointment notice:
If on the day or within 48 hours you change your mind on your treatment it can be swapped to a different treatment otherwise the full amount still applies. This is because time has been allocated and can't be filed at short notice.
Cancellation Policy:

If you have to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or just completely forget, unfortunately the full amount will be charged.
